Abstract:Cilj, ki smo si ga zadali pri pisanju diplomske naloge je bil predvsem prikaz pomembnosti in različne možnosti organiziranja podjetja. Le-ta se pojavlja v vseh funkcijah v podjetju. Učinkovito poslovanje organizacijske strukture s poslovnimi funkcijami je osnovno za uspešno organiziranje podjetja. S tem dosegamo, da vsak udeleženec v podjetju ve in se zaveda, kakšne so njegove naloge in katero delo mora opravljati, s katerim bo prispeval k začrtanim strateškim ciljem in viziji oziroma bo prispeval k uspešnemu poslovanju. Če organizacija ni ustrezna, to predstavlja v podjetju velike probleme, saj se lahko obstoječa konkurenčna prednost ogrozi, zaposleni so lahko nezadovoljni pri opravljanju svojega dela in podjetje ne dosega uspešnega poslovanja. V primeru, da pa izberemo ustrezno organizacijo v podjetju, to zagotavlja delovanje podjetja v skladu z začrtanimi smernicami v prihodnosti. Konkurenca v gospodarskem poslovanju podjetij je izjemno visoka. Zaradi omenjene visoke konkurence so podjetja prisiljena, če želijo dolgoročno obstajati na trgu, v nenehne spremembe tako s samimi proizvodi kot tudi z dejavnostmi, katere se vršijo v samem podjetju. Organizacija predstavlja ključen element v omenjenih spremembah. Poznavanje organizacij in njihovo predvidevanje delovanja ter izvedljivosti je ključnega pomena za izbiro ustrezne organizacije. Naša naloga v diplomskem delu je bila proučiti osnove organizacijskih struktur in poslovnih funkcij s področja različnih avtorjev in spoznati dejavnike, ki pomembno vplivajo na organizacijsko strukturo v podjetju. Naša naloga je prav tako bila predstaviti pomembnost neuspešne izbire organizacijske strukture oziroma organizacije in zamenjavo z uspešno oziroma primerno organizacijsko strukturo, kar smo prikazali s praktičnim primerom podjetja Gorenje d.d.

Title:COMPANY ORGANIZING
Abstract:The main goal of our diploma was mostly to show the importance and different options of organizing a company. The organization is present in all functions of a company. An efficient business of an organizational structure with business functions is the basis for a successful organization of a company. It helps to achieve that each participant in a company knows and is aware of his assignments and what kind of work is he supposed to be doing, which will contribute to a successful business. If the organization is not suitable, this could mean a great deal of problems for a company, like the existing competitive advantage is endangered, employees are not satisfied, while doing their work and the company does not achieve the successful agenda. If we do choose the appropriate organization, this could assure a company to function in accordance with intended guidelines in the future. The competition of companies in economic business is extremely high. The high competition is the cause, that the companies are forced to constantly change either their products or activities, if they wish to guarantee themselves a long-term existence. The organization is the key element in those changes and the knowledge about organization, function anticipation and feasibility are the key in choosing a suitable organization. The purpose of this diploma was to study the basic organizational structures and business functions in the field of different authors and to understand the factors that have an important influence for the organizational structure in a company. Our task was also to introduce the importance of an inappropriate choice of an organizational structure and the replacement with an appropriate one, which we practically demonstrated through the example of the company Gorenje d.d.
