Title:ŠOLSKA KLIMA Z VIDIKA PRIMERJAVE UČITELJEVIH IN UČENČEVIH OCEN

Abstract:Šolska klima je sestavljena iz različnih dejavnikov, na podlagi katerih lahko govorimo o dobri ali slabi šolski klimi. Bistvo dobre šolske klime so dobri medosebni odnosi in dobra komunikacija med vsemi udeleženci vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa, na podlagi njihovega počutja v šoli in doživljanja šolskega ozračja pa je mogoče ugotoviti, kako dobro šola skrbi za dobro šolsko klimo. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so natančneje opisane značilnosti in dejavniki, ki prispevajo k pozitivni ali negativni šolski klimi. Poleg nenasilja in sodelovanja je opisana tudi šolska kultura, za katero sta bistveni organizacijska kultura in vrednote v šoli. Predstavljeni so tudi vprašalniki za merjenje razredne klime, s pomočjo katerih lahko izboljšamo razredno in posledično tudi šolsko klimo, saj nam omogočajo ugotavljanje obstoječe in želene razredne klime. Pri ustvarjanju šolske klime ima pomembno vlogo tudi učitelj, prav tako so pomembni tudi medosebni odnosi med učitelji in učenci in njihovo dobro razumevanje. Diplomsko delo vključuje tudi raziskovalni del, v katerem je bila narejena raziskava med učitelji in učenci srednjih šol na temo njihovega doživljanja šolske klime. Rezultati raziskave so podani v treh sklopih; rezultati učencev so analizirani na podlagi njihovega učnega uspeha, rezultati učiteljev pa na podlagi njihovega zadovoljstva na delovnem mestu. Temu sledi še primerjava rezultatov med učitelji in učenci. Rezultati raziskave so precej spodbudni in pozitivni.

Title:SCHOOL CLIMATE EVALUATION FROM A TEACHER'S AND STUDENT'S POINT OF VIEW
Abstract:School climate consists of different factors, which are the base of good or bad school climate. Good interpersonal relations and good communication between all participants of the educational process are one of the important essences of good climate. If we know, how the participants of educational process feel and how the school atmosphere looks like, then we can see, if the school takes care of a good school climate. In theoretical part of my diploma we focused on characteristics and factors that influence on a positive or negative school climate. Beside the nonviolence and cooperation, which is important for good climate, it is also described a school culture and its basic parts; organizational culture and values in school. There are also presented the questioners for measuring the class climate. With the help of these questioners we can make class climate better and then consequently can be better also the school climate. The questioners help us to find out how the existing and preferred class climate looks like. Important parts of a good school climate are also teacher, good relationships between the teachers and students and good understanding between them. This diploma includes also a research part. The research with the topic of perception of school climate was made between the teachers and students of secondary schools. The results of the research are presented in three different parts. The first part includes students’ results, which are presented on the basis of their academic success, the second part is teachers’ results, which are presented on the basis of their satisfaction with their workplace and the third part is comparison of the results between teachers and students. The results of the research are quite encouraging and positive.
