Abstract:
Dandanes potrebujejo podjetja in organizacije za uspešno poslovanje ERP rešitve, ki so ena izmed ključnih sestavin poslovanja. Ampak je izdelava programske opreme ERP zelo draga. Podjetje oziroma organizacije ne izdelujejo svojih rešitev sami, zato takšno delo pustijo strokovnjakom, da jim uvedejo rešitev, predvsem ker bi sami porabili preveč časa, stroškov, itd. Zato se je pred odločitvijo, katero rešitev bi uporabljali v podjetju ali organizaciji potrebno posvetiti sami uvedbi in cilju projekta in nato izbrati najboljšo rešitev. Za izboljšanje poslovanja z ERP rešitvijo, se je odločil tudi javni zavod Psihiatrična bolnišnica Vojnik. Izbrali so rešitev GoSoft2000. Uvedbo ERP rešite so se lotili previdno in z upoštevanjem korakov za uspešno uvedbo. Rezultat tega je bila uspešna uvedba ERP rešitve - GoSoft2000, ki je javnemu zavodu prinesla številne koristi.

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED INFORMATION SOLUTION: THE CASE OF GOSOFT 2000 SOLUTION
Abstract:
Nowadays companies and organizations need a successful business ERP solution, which is one of the key components of business. But making ERP software is very expensive. Companies or organizations do not produce their own solutions, as they would spend too much time and money for their development – therefore experts are employed instead. This is why a company or organization must thoroughly study the starting points and goals of a given project, so that they can work out the best possible solution. For example - the Psychiatric hospital Vojnik has also decided to use an ERP solution for improving their operations. In their case it was the GoSoft2000. The implementation began with careful and with considered steps and the result was the successful introduction of the mentioned ERP solution that brought a lot of benefits to this public institution.
