Abstract:
V podjetju, kjer delam, bomo zamenjali stari program GLINK z novim programom WEXLOG, ki naj bi bil učinkovitejši in preglednejši ter naj bi skrajšal čas vnosa in obdelave podatkov. Ker pa pri uvajanju novega programa prihaja do kar veliko zapletov, me zanima, zakaj prihaja do teh težav. Zaradi obsežnosti programa, so uvedli postopno uvajanje. Raziskal bi tudi, kako se bo program WEXLOG uporabljal v poslovnem procesu. S pomočjo ankete, ki jo bom opravil med zaposlenimi, bom skušal ugotoviti, kje so prednosti in slabosti programa, ter, zakaj so porabili 8 let od nakupa do uvedbe programa . Poleg ankete, bom izvedel tudi intervjuje z našimi tehnologi, kjer bomo skušali odkriti glavne vzroke, za tako dolgo uvajanje nove programske rešitve.

Title:
IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP SYSTEM IN LOGISTICS COMPANY
Abstract:
The company where I work, will replacing the old program GLINK with the new program, WEXLOG, which would be more efficient and transparent and to shorten the time of entry and data processing. However, since the introduction of the new program comes up with many complications, I am interested in the cause of these problems. Because of the scale of the program was introduced phasing. It could also, how the program will WEXLOG used in the business process. Through the survey, which I passed in the workforce, I will try to determine where the strengths and weaknesses of the program, and why they spent 8 years of purchase until the introduction of the program. In addition to the survey, I also conducted interviews with our technologies, where we will try to establish the root causes for such a long introduction of new software solutions.
