Title:Prehrana in telesna aktivnost nosečnice

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo predstavili nosečnost kot stanje fizioloških in psiholoških sprememb ter prehrano in telesno aktivnost nosečnice. Zdrava in uravnotežena prehrana je pomembna v vseh življenjskih obdobjih ženske, še posebej pa pred nosečnostjo, v nosečnosti in v času laktacije. Telesna ali športna dejavnost pa vpliva pozitivno na nosečničino zdravje in dobro počutje. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem (teoretičnem) delu je predstavljena fiziologija nosečnosti, prehrana in telesna aktivnost v času nosečnosti ter zdravstveno vzgojno delo medicinske sestre. V drugem (empiričnem) delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati kvantitativne raziskave, katere namen je bil prikazati koliko so nosečnice dejansko seznanjene z zdravim načinom življenja. Raziskavo smo izvedli v Zdravstvenem domu dr. Adolfa Drolca v Mariboru. Anketiranje nosečnic je potekalo v mesecu februarju 2012. Anketni vprašalnik je vseboval 17 vprašanj, od tega 14 vprašanj zaprtega tipa in 3 vprašanja odprtega tipa. Z raziskovalno nalogo smo ugotovili da so nosečnice seznanjene, kaj je to zdrava prehrana v času nosečnosti in da velika večina nosečnic ima redne obroke vsak dan. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so nosečnice seznanjene z potrebo po povečanem vnosu določenih hranil v času nosečnosti in poznajo pomen telesne aktivnosti v času nosečnosti.

Title:Nutrition and physical activity during pregnancy
Abstract:In the diploma work we have presented pregnancy as a state of physiological and psychological changes as well as nutrition and physical activity during pregnancy. Healthy and balanced nutrition is important throughout all life stages of a woman, especially before pregnancy, during pregnancy and at the time of lactation. Physical activity has a positive effect on health and welfare of pregnant women. Diploma work is composed of two parts. In the first (theoretical) part is presented physiology of pregnancy, nutrition and physical activity during pregnancy and health education work of nurse. The second (empirical) part presents the results of quantitative research whose purpose was to show how many pregnant women actually aware with a healthy lifestyle. The research we carried out in the Health centre dr. Adolf Drolc in Maribor. Surveying of pregnancies was conducted in February 2012. Survey questionnaire included the 17 issues, 14 issues closed type and 3 issue of open type. With a research study, we found that pregnant women are aware of what it is healthy nutrition in pregnancy and that the vast majority have regular meals every day. The survey results showed that pregnant women are aware of the need for increased entry of certain nutrients in pregnancy and know the importance of physical activity in pregnancy.
