Abstract:V današnjem času se podjetja zavedajo pomena človeških virov, ki predstavljajo enega izmed najpomembnejših virov organizacije, saj so le ti tisti, ki omogočajo optimalno izrabo ostalih virov in povečujejo poslovno uspešnost podjetij. Veliko vlogo pri strateškem načrtovanju podjetja pa igra management človeških virov, ki se nanaša na ukrepe managementa ob upoštevanju ciljev in interesov zaposlenih z namenom doseganja čim boljših poslovnih rezultatov. Za učinkovito vodenje kadrovske funkcije se mnoga podjetja odločajo za kadrovske informacijske sisteme, ki lahko delujejo kot modul ERP ali kot samostojna kadrovska rešitev. Pri vodenju kadrovske funkcije pa ne mislimo le na ciljno vodenje in razvoj kariere, vendar se podjetja srečujejo tudi s potrebami po npr. hitrem prilagajanju zakonskih sprememb, sprotnem analitičnem in statističnem poročanju, kar še toliko bolj povečuje vrednost kadrovsko informacijskih sistemov. Primer pogosto implementirane ERP je SAP, ki vsebuje številne module za celotno poslovanje podjetja. Za povečanje učinkovitosti kadrovskega oddelka služi modul Upravljanje s človeškim kapitalom. V diplomskem seminarju smo predstavili tudi aplikaciji podjetja SAP: Portal za zaposlene in Portal za vodje, ki služita predvsem optimizaciji poslovnih procesov in razbremenitvi dela kadrovske službe, ki lahko sedaj nastopa kot strokovni partner managerjem in se ukvarja s strateško pomembnejšimi nalogami v podjetju.

Title:HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN THE SAP SOLUTION IN CASE OF EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE PORTAL AND MANAGEMENT SELF SERVICE PORTAL
Abstract:Nowadays, companies are aware of the meaning of human resources which represent one of the most important sources of organization, for they are the ones that enable optimal usage of other sources, and increase business successfulness of companies. Human resources management has an important role in the strategic planning of the company. It refers to management measures by regarding objectives and interests of the employees with the intention of achieving as good business results as possible. For an efficient management of human resources a lot of companies decide to use Human Resources Information Systems that can operate as an ERP module or as an independent human resources solution. When managing human resources we do not think only about management by objectives and career development, but also about needs (e.g. sudden amendments of law, simultaneous analytical and statistical reporting) what even more increases the value of Human Resources Information Systems. A case of frequently implemented ERP is SAP that includes numerous modules for the entire company’s business. The Human Capital Management Module is used for increasing human resource department’s effectiveness. This diploma seminar also introduces two applications of the SAP Company: Employee Self-Service Portal and Management Self-Service Portal. These two applications are mostly intended for the optimization of business processes and for the unburdening of human resources. These can now present themselves as professional partners for managers and deal with strategically more important tasks in the company.
