Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju z naslovom Organiziranost Upravne enote Gornja Radgona sem s pomočjo domače literature, zakonodaje in internega gradiva upravne enote predstavila organiziranost upravne enote kot servisa storitev državljanom. V pogojih, ki jih narekuje konkurenčnost na vseh področjih, je dobro in kvalitetno delo nujno tudi v državni upravi, pa čeprav gre za izrazito monopolno dejavnost. Upravna enota je v državni upravi njen izvršilni organ z dobro opredeljeno pristojnostjo in organiziranostjo in je v stalnem stiku z državljani, katerih pričakovanja so vedno višja. Svojim uporabnikom zagotavlja zakonite, hitre, politično nevtralne in kakovostne storitve, ki jih nenehno izboljšuje, dopolnjuje ter na ta način vpliva na kvaliteto življenja v okolju, za katerega deluje. Predstavila sem Upravno enoto Gornjo Radgona, njeno organiziranost, sistemizacijo delovnih mest, njena delovna področja, kakovost sistema na osnovi standarda ISO 9001:2008, ter finančno poslovanje upravne enote.

Title:ORGANISATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT GORNJA RADGONA
Abstract:In the thesis entitled The Organization of the Administrative Unit Gornja Radgona I have presented the organization of the administrative unit as a service that provides services to its citizens by using the common literature, legislation and internal materials of the administrative unit. Because of the competitiveness in all areas, good and high quality work is crucial also in the public administration, even though its activity is completely monopolistic. The administrative unit acts as an executive body of the public administration, with its well defined jurisdiction as well as organization, and is always in contact with its citizens whose expectations are ever increasing. It offers legal, quick, politically neutral and high quality services to its users. These services are constantly being improved in order to increase the life quality of the area for which the administrative unit works. I have presented The Administrative Unit Gornja Radgona, its organization, the systemization of its workplaces, its areas of work, the quality of the system based on the standard ISO 9001:2008, and its financial operations.
