Abstract:
Cilj mojega diplomskega dela je predstavitev izdelave nadzorno krmilnega sistema za toplarno Celje. V projektu sem sodeloval v sklopu projektnega tima, ki se je ukvarjal z izgradnjo omenjenih nadzorno krmilnih sistemov. V uvodnem delu najprej na splošno predstavljam prvi regionalni center za ravnanje z odpadki v Sloveniji in njegovo vizijo. Posebej je predstavljen objekt toplarne Celje z vsemi pripadajočimi podsklopi. V nadaljevanju so opisana industrijska omrežja oziroma ISO referenčni model. Uporabljeno Profibus omrežje, njegova arhitektura in fizične plasti so opisane bolj podrobno. Predstavljena sta tudi programska paketa Simatic Manager in Simatic WinCC, s katerima je bila izvedena nadzorno krmilna aplikacija toplarne celje. Sledi besedilo, ki je v večjem delu posvečeno opisu avtomatizacije celotnega postopka sežiga odpadkov in nadzorni sistem toplarne. Predstavljena je uporabljena programska in strojna oprema ter izvedba konfiguracije omrežja v programu HW konfigurator. V zadnjem delu je opisano delovanje nadzorno krmilnega sistema, s katerim se nadzira in upravlja celoten proces sežiga odpadkov. V zaključku so predstavljeni tudi pomembnejši problemi, ki so se pojavljali med samo izgradnjo naprave. Izpostaviti velja predvsem ugotovljene nepravilnosti pri delovanju Siemensovega programskega paketa WinCC. Omenjene nepravilnosti je na našo zahtevo reševal Siemensov razvojni oddelek. Rezultat skupnega dela pa je nov 'servis pack SP3' za programski paket WinCC.

SUPERVISOIN AND CONTROL SYSTEMS OF TOPLARNA CELJE
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis are sistems for supervisory and control for plant toplarna Celje. In this project I was part of project team wich was building supervisory – control systems. In the thesis preface is given a short presentation of first regional waste management center in Slovenija. The toplarna Celje plant is represented more detailed. In the second chapter are depicted some industrial networks and the ISO software reference model. The general facts abaut the Profibus network, its arhitecture and the physical layers are described in detail. Program software Simatic Manager and Simatic WinCC are also represented in this chapter. Next chapter is dedicated to the detailed description of systems for automatization of burnning proces and systems for supervisory control. The software and hardware is being described, as well as solutions linked to the configuration of the network in the HW configurator. In the section afther are presented operational issues of burning plant. Some significance problems wich was appearing over building are also presented.
