Abstract:
Magistrsko delo opisuje avtomatizacijo merilnih procesov v Merilnem laboratoriju podjetja Iskraemeco. Merilne procese smo avtomatizirali s pomočjo programskega paketa LabVIEW. Aplikacija, narejena v tem programskem paketu in nameščena na kontrolni računalnik, vodi naprave preko komunikacijskih vmesnikov RS232 ali GPIB. V delu je opisan potek avtomatizacije, predvsem merjenja točnosti števcev električne energije v raznih kombinacijah generatorjev napetosti in tokov, etalonskih števcev ter klimatskih komor. Dodatno je opisana avtomatizacija meritev odpornosti števcev na motilne tokove frekvenc od 2 kHz do 1 MHz. Opisane so glavne značilnosti izdelane aplikacije ter vodenih naprav.

AVTOMATION OF MEASUREMENT PROCESSES IN MEASUREMENT LABORATORY OF ISKRAEMECO
Abstract:
In following work the automation of the measuring process in the Measuring Laboratory in the company Iskraemeco is described. Measuring processes are automated with LabVIEW graphical development environment. Application made in that program packet installed on the controlling computer controls equipment over the communication interface RS232 or GPIB. Automation of the error measurement of the electricity meter is described in various combinations of the power supply, reference meters and climatic chambers. Main features, application design and automation of test method for conducted disturbances in the frequency range 2 – 1000 kHz are presented.
