Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je bil preračunati obremenitve, ki se pojavijo v krmilnem sistemu zgrabljalnika SIP Star 850-26 ob udarcu ob oviro visoko 150 mm s hitrostjo 6 km/h. Poslužili smo se dveh metod preračunavanja. Najprej smo celotni krmilni sistem preračunali po analitičnem postopku. Najbolj kritične elemente smo nato analizirali s pomočjo metode končnih elementov. Največje napetosti so se pojavile v zvarih, vendar niso presegle meje plastifikacije materiala.

Title:Calculating the structural integrity of the steering system on twin rotor vake SIP Star 850-26
Abstract:Our main task was to calculate all the stresses the twin rotor rake SIP Star 850-26 was under, whilst colliding with an obstacle 150 mm high at the velocity of 6 km/h. In doing so we employed two different methods of calculating stress in structural elements. The first was the analytical method. With the before mentioned method we calculated stress in all of the components in the steering system. On the most crucial components we also used the finite element method. The largest amount of stress was observed in the wheels, but it did not exceed the plastification threshold.
