Abstract:
V magistrskem delu z naslovom Uspešne ženske v slovenskem gospodarstvu sem se dotaknila mnogih tem v okviru managementa. V prvem poglavju sem tako razdelala predvsem sam management, ter funkcije managementa, kot so vodenje, planiranje, organiziranje, kontroling. Glede na temo me seveda zanima položaj žensk v managementu, ter prednosti, slabosti, razlike v vodenju. Prav tako se bom kot bodoča magistra ekonomskih in poslovnih ved posvetila karieri, ter napredovanju žensk v managementu, kar je zame že sedaj, ko sem vstopila na trg delovne sile zelo zanimiva tema. Pri napredovanju se bom dotaknila tem, ki so dandanes še kako aktualne pri zaposlovanju žensk v vseh ravneh managementa. Podrobno bomo opredelili seksizem, mobing, spolno nadlegovanje, ter manjšo plačo. Kot žensko v 21. stoletju me zanima tudi, zakaj je odstotek žensk na visokem položaju v gospodarstu in politiki tako majhen. Je ovira družina? Kot zanimivost sem predstavila tudi najbolj uspešne poslovne ženske v slovenskem prostoru, ter na katerem področju delujejo.

Title:
SUCCESSFUL WOMEN IN SLOVENIAN ECONOMY
Abstract:
The master's thesis titled Women at senior position in Slovenian economy deals with many different management themes. The first chapter is divided into management itself and its functions such as leadership, planning, administration and controlling. I am interested in the position of women in management, advantages, disadvantages and differences in leadership. As a future Master of Economic and Business Studies I will dedicate to my career and promotion of women in management. This is now a very interesting theme for me because I have entered the labour market. The chapter concerning promotion will pay attention to themes that are actual when dealing with employment of women at all levels of management. More attention will be given to sexisem, mobbing, sexual harrasment and lower salaries. As a woman of the 21st century I want to know why the percentage of women at senior position in economy and politics is rather small. Is it because of families these women have? To make the thesis more interesting I have presented a few very successful women in our country and the areas where they work.
