Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sta na podlagi strokovne literature prikazana zgodovina kaznovanja in razvoj penologije, vede, ki preučuje izvrševanje kazenskih sankcij. Na podlagi raznih raziskav, poročil in lastnih izkušenj sem poskušal prikazati življenje v zaporu, službe, ki tam delujejo in težave, s katerimi se soočajo. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavil tudi projektno učno delo, ki je sicer metodični postopek v šoli, sam pa sem elemente le-tega čim bolj skušal vključiti v svoj projekt prostočasnih aktivnosti v mariborskem zaporu.

Title:A PROJECT MODEL OF LEISURE ACTIVITIES IN A CITY PRISON AND THE DOCTRINE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PENOLOGY
Abstract:Based on findings in literature, the theoretical section of the thesis discusses the history of punishment and the development of penology, a scientific branch that studies the implementation of punitive sanctions. Based on various research studies, reports and personal experience, the author aims at presenting life in prison, services at work there and the problems they face. The theoretical part includes the presentation of project-based learning, a method generally used in schools, the elements of which the author integrated into his project of leisure activities at the Maribor prison.
