Abstract:
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo problem zaščite jeklenih konstrukcij zaščititi pred korozijo in požarom. Zaradi obsežnosti izbrane tematike smo se pri našem delu posvetili osnovam problema. Tako smo v poglavju diplomskega dela najprej opisali kaj je korozija, kako nastane in predstavili tipe korozije. Prav tako v tem poglavju predstavimo postopek priprave površine jeklene konstrukcije, izbiro ustreznega zaščitnega premaza kakor tudi način nanosa ter na koncu kontrola protikorozijskega premaza. V naslednjem poglavju se posvetimo vročemu cinkanju jeklenih konstrukcij, ki prav tako sodi v poglavje protikorozijske zaščite. Vzrok, da smo vroče cinkanje predstavili v posameznem poglavju je ta, da je ta način protikorozijske zaščite na prvi pogled drag, vendar je metoda dolgoročno učinkovita in stroškov za vzdrževanje skoraj da nimamo. V tretjem poglavju diplomskega dela obravnavamo pomen požara na jeklene konstrukcije in pasivno zaščito jeklenih konstrukcij. V zadnji točki smo pripravili izračun stroška premaza za protikorozijsko in protipožarno zaščito jeklene hale.

Title:
ANTI-CORROSION AND FIRE PROTECTION OF STEEL STRUCTURES
Abstract:
The thesis discussed the problem of how to protect steel structures against corrosion and fire. Because of the scale selected topics we focused our work on the basics of the problem. First of all, we describe in section two of the thesis what corrosion is, how they arise and present types of corrosion. Also in this section we present the process of preparing the surface of steel structures, the selection of an appropriate protective coating as well as type of application method and finally the control of anticorrosive coating. In the next section we focus to hot dip galvanizing of steel structures, which also fall within the section of corrosion protection. The reason, that we present hot dip galvanizing at a given section is that this method of corrosion protection seems at first sight expensive, but the method is successful in the long period and have no expenses for maintenance. The third section of the thesis deals with the meaning of fire on steel structures and passive protection of steel structures. In the last section we have prepared a calculation of the cost of coating for corrosion protection of steel and fire halls.
