Abstract:
Razvojni inženirji vlagajo ogromno naporov, časa in sredstev v iskanje hidravlične tekočine, ki bi bila blizu idealni hidravlični tekočini. Med drugim bi tako morala biti negorljiva, netoksična, imeti odlične mazalne lastnosti, temperaturno neodvisne fizikalno-kemijske lastnosti itd. V prispevku bo na kratko prikazan razvoj hidravličnih tekočin, kjer bomo spoznali različne vrste, ki jih danes uporabljamo za različne namene. V nadaljevanju pa bo poudarek na tistih težko vnetljivih hidravličnih tekočinah,ki imajo na tem področju vodilno vlogo oziroma od katerih veliko pričakujemo tudi v prihodnosti. Večina težko vnetljivih hidravličnih tekočin ima v primerjavi z mineralnim hidravličnim oljem slabše mazalne lastnosti, kar omejuje širšo uporabo tovrstnih tekočin. V zadnjih letih so to pomanjkljivost skušali reševati v dveh smereh, in sicer s hidravličnimi tekočinami HFC-E, kakršne so na primer tekočine serije Quintolubric 777, in s povečevanjem uporabe tekočin HFDU, kakršne so na primer tekočine serije Quintolubric 888. Ena od smeri razvoja so tudi biološko hitreje razgradljive hidravlične tekočine. Ker so tekočine serije Quintolubric 888 težko vnetljive, imajo odlične mazalne lastnosti, poleg tega pa so še biološko hitreje razgradljive, ni presenetljivo, da se že nekaj let zelo uspešno uporabljajo v metalurških obratih v Sloveniji in tudi drugod po svetu.
