Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je opisano konstruiranje in izdelava priprave za transport nosilca gosenic žerjava v podjetju ADK. Za razvoj priprave za transport smo se odločili zaradi neustreznega obstoječega transporta z bremenskimi verigami, zaradi česar se je pri prenosu zvarjenca iz barvarne na prevozno sredstvo, poškodovala barva na stičnih mestih vpetja. Cilj naloge je bil izdelati pripravo, ki bo funkcionalna in učinkovita, iz varnostnega vidika varna ter bo omogočala enostavnejši transport nosilca gosenic, brez dodatnega dela in izgube časa.

Title:
Design of device for transportation of crawler crane tracks beam
Abstract:
In this diploma work I described the construction and manufacturing of a device for crane tracks beam transportation at the ADK company. We decided for the transport device development, because of an inadequate existing transports with load chains, because of what the transport of a welded from paint room on the means of transport damaged the paint at the contact points of attachment. The goal was to make a device functional and efficient, safe from the security point of view which will allow easier crane tracks transport without any wasting of additional time.
