Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisana prenova kamnite hiše. V osrednjem delu so podane tri možne variante preureditve obstoječega neizkoriščenega postrešja tradicionalne kamnite hiše v mansardno stanovanje. Variante vsebujejo opise izvedbe, načrte in prostorske animacije. Prva varianta prikazuje preureditev obstoječega lesenega podstrešja brez konstrukcijskih posegov. Drugi dve varianti pa sta kompletni novogradnji - nadzidavi etaže, in sicer kot nadzidava nad kamnitim delom hiše ter nadzidava nad celotno hišo. Za varianto nadzidave nad kamnitim delom hiše so izdelani statična analiza, dimenzioniranje in armaturni načrt armirano-betonske plošče, katera naj bi zamenjala obstoječi leseni strop. Uvodoma sta v diplomskem delu podani razčlenitev Slovenije na arhitekturne regije in predstavitev tipov tradicionalnih podeželskih hiš s poudarkom na regiji obravnavane hiše. Sledijo opisi vzrokov poškodb na posameznih elementih kamnite hiše in postopki sanacije le-teh ter opis in razčlenitev posameznih vrst stropov.

STONE HOUSE RENOVATION
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis is described renovation of stone house. In middle part are given tree differenet variants of the conversion of existing untapped attic traditional stone house to a modern attic flat. They contain described performance, plans and spatial images. The first variant shows the conversion of an existing wooden attic without structural interventions. The other two variants are the complete new constructions floor levels modification, as a superstructure over the stone part of the house and superstructure of the entire house. For variant modification above stone part of the house is constructed static analysisdemension and reinforcement design of reinforced-concrete slabs, which would replace the existing wooden ceiling. At the outset is in diploma thesis given a breakdown of Slovenia in thearhitectural regions and the presentation types of tradicional rural houses with a focus on the region discussed house. Followed by description of causes for injuries to the individual elements of stone house and their rehabilitation processes, and a description and breakdown of certain types of ceilings.
