Title:Promocija krvodajalstva kot motivacija srednješolcev za darovanje krvi

Abstract:Krvodajalstvo predstavlja množično udejstovanje prostovoljnih ljudi krvodajalcev, ki nesebično sodelujejo na krvodajalskih akcijah in na takšen način pomagajo bolnikom pri ohranitvi življenja. V Sloveniji letno daruje kri okoli 100.000 krvodajalcev. Za zadovoljitev potreb po krvnih izdelkih po vseh bolnišnicah v Sloveniji je dnevno treba zbrati okoli štiristo krvodajalcev. V magistrskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšen je vpliv zdravstveno vzgojnega dela in promocije med dijaki. Izvedeti smo želeli, ali je informiranje dijakov – bodočih krvodajalcev za darovanje krvi zadostno in razumljivo ter kakšno je njihovo vedenje o pomenu krvodajalstva. Prav tako smo želeli ugotoviti, s katerimi smernicami bi lahko dijake čim bolje psihofizično pripravili na krvodajalsko akcijo, s poudarkom na humanem odnosu do sočloveka, spoštovanju človeških vrednot, zdravem in varnem načinu življenja. Raziskovalna metodologija. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. V njej je sodelovalo 165 dijakov tretjih in četrtih letnikov srednjih šol v starosti od 17 do 22 let, ki bodo postali krvodajalci, in 119 dijakov starosti od 18 do 22 let, ki so že krvodajalci. Vprašanja so bila zaprtega tipa. Podatki so bili analizirani s programom za statistično obdelavo podatkov SPSS 19. V dodatni analizi smo z namenom primerjave razlik med povprečnimi vrednostmi odgovorov uporabili poleg χ2-statistike tudi t-test za neodvisne vzorce ter binomski test, ki temelji na zakonih verjetnosti. Rezultati. Analiza podatkov je pokazala, da so dijaki v veliki meri seznanjeni s krvodajalstvom. Splošno mnenje je, da zdravstveni delavci dovolj dobro promovirajo krvodajalstvo. Glavni strahovi, zaradi katerih dijaki odklanjajo odvzem krvi, so strah pred iglo in slabostjo, ki po tem nastopi, ter strah pred vrtoglavico. Glavni znaki izražanja strahu pri dijakih, ki navajajo, da jih je strah, so hitro bitje srca, nervoza in vznemirjenost. Najmanj kritični pa so žeja in suha usta. Več kot polovici dijakom je glavni motiv za darovanje krvi humanost. Sklep. S spoznavanjem značilnosti dijakov krvodajalcev lahko izberemo ustrezno metodo in način dela, da se lahko vživimo v njihove intelektualne in čustvene potrebe ter jih tako pripravimo od besed k dejanju. To je darovanje krvi, pri katerem dijaki začutijo humanost in pomembnost veznega člena med zdravim in bolnim človekom, s tem pa tudi sprejemanje in doživljanje vrednot krvodajalstva. ---------------------------------------------

Title:Blood donation promotion as a motivation for donating blood for secundary school students
Abstract:Blood donation poses all the mass participation from blood donors who generously participate in blood donation campaigns and in such a way to help patients to maintain the values of life. In Slovenia, annually donates around 100,000 blood donors. For the need for blood products to all hospitals in Slovenia and the daily to collect about four hundred donors. In the Master's work was to determine the influence of health education and promotion among students. We want to know whether adequate and understandable information for prospective students to donate blood donors and what is their behaviour on the importance of blood donation. Also, we wanted to determine which guidelines could be improved as students prepare for the psychophysical blood campaign with emphasis on the humane attitude towards others, respect for human values, a healthy and safe lifestyle. Research Methodology. The survey was based on a quantitative methodology. The study included 165 students of third and fourth years of secondary school at the age of 17 to 22 years to become blood donors and 119 students aged 18 to 22 years who have been blood donors. The questions were closed. Data were analysed using the statistical program SPSS data processing 19th in an additional analysis was designed to compare differences between mean values of responses used in addition to the χ2-statistics and t-test for independent samples, and the binomial test based on the laws of probability. Results. Data analysis showed that students are largely by blood donation. The general opinion is that health professionals promote blood donation good enough. The main fears are that students refuse blood collection needle is fear and nausea that comes after that, and fear of dizziness. The main characters of expression of fear in students who report that they fear are rapid heartbeat, nervousness and agitation. At least as critical as thirst and dry mouth. More than half of the students is the main motive for humanity to donate blood for others. Conclusion. The characteristics of students blood donors can choose the appropriate method and manner of work that can be empathized in their intellectual and emotional needs, and thus prepared from words to action. Blood donations, in which students feel the understanding of humanity and the importance of a link between the healthy and the sick man, and thus the values of acceptance and perception of blood donation.
