Abstract:
V razvitih državah podjetja pogosto zaradi močne konkurence in želje po zmanjšanju stroškov prenesejo posamezne proizvodne programe v druge, navadno manj razvite države. Posledično se soočajo s presežnimi delavci v matični državi. Ker gre za prekinitev delovnega razmerja večjemu številu zaposlenih, podjetja pripravijo program razreševanja presežnih delavcev. V času izvedbe programa razreševanja presežnih delavcev ima pomembno vlogo podjetje, ki izvaja program razreševanja presežnih delavcev in sprejme ukrepe za preprečitev in omejitev števila odpovedi. Na drugi strani je pomembna vloga sindikata, ki zastopa zaposlene ter varuje pravice in interese delavcev in tretje vloga Zavoda za zaposlovanje, ki že v času programa skuša aktivno izvajati ukrepe aktivne politike zaposlovanja.

DISMISSAL PROGRAMME FOR REDUNDANT WORKERS IN SECOP KOMPRESORJI D.O.O.
Abstract:
Companies in developed countries often turn the business over to less developed countries because of keen competition and desire to reduct the costs. Consequential they confrontate with redundant workers in their own country. The employers who establish that due to business reasons the work shall become unnecessary for large number of workers, shall be obligated to elaborate the dismissal programme for redundant workers. Employer has the main role during proceeding the dismissal programme for redundant workers. The employer shall take appropriate measures for preventing or limiting to the highest possible degree the termination of workers' employment and the measures to mitigate harmful consequences of the termination of employment. The role of a trade union is also important. Trade union consult employer and they shall have the right to provide and protect the rights and interests of employee. The third role belongs to the employment service by participating in the measures of active employment policy. The employer shall be obligated to deal with and to take into account the possible proposals by the employment service.
