Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni vrtci v osrednjih Slovenskih goricah skozi zgodovino. Zajet je čas od ustanovitve vrtcev do danes, k čemur je dodano število vpisanih otrok ob ustanovitvi in takratni strokovni kader. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela so tudi predstavljene značilnosti predšolske vzgoje skozi zgodovino, pri čemer je opisano življenje in delo v vrtcih nekoč ter njihovo sodelovanje z okolico in s starši. Diplomsko delo obsega tudi delovanje strokovnega kadra v vrtcih in izobraževanje v preteklih letih. V zadnjem poglavju je predstavljeno še delo vrtcev v osrednjih Slovenskih goricah ter njihovo delovanje in življenje v današnjem času, natančneje v šolskem letu 2011/2012.

Title:
The history of kindergartens in the Slovenian region: osrednje Slovenske gorice
Abstract:
The objective of the present thesis is the presentation of the historical development of kindergartens in the eastern Slovenian region of central Slovenske gorice. The thesis covers a time period from the establishment of the kindergartens until now and also features the number of registered children at the time of establishment as well as the employees. The following part of the thesis turns the focus to the characteristics of the evolving preschool education through history, describing the life and work in kindergartens in the past and their cooperation with the environment and parents. Further on, the thesis also discusses the professional staff in kindergartens and the field of education in the past. Finally, the last chapter gives an insight into the work of kindergartens in the region of central Slovenske gorice and their functioning as well as their day to day living in the present time, precisely in the school year of 2011/12.
