Abstract:
Temeljna teoretična izhodišča opredeljujeo učečo se organizacijo kot organizacijo, ki se je sposobna neprestano učiti, je odprta za okolje in ima željo in potrebo po povečanju sposobnosti učenja. Koncept temelji na obstoju kulture, ki omogoča sodelovanje med zaposlenimi in timsko delo. Ustvarjanje trajne konkurenčne prednosti v družbi znanja od managementa zahteva poznavanje sodobnih managerskih vsebin, ki vključujejo ravnanje z znanjem in ustvarjanje intelektualnega kapitala. Znanje kot gradnik konkurenčne prednosti sodobne, učeče se organizacije postaja osnova edine dolgoročne paradigme uspeha in vključuje izgradnjo in prenos tako odkritega kot tihega, neprenosljivega znanja. Analiza sistemsko-organizacijskega ustroja na integrativnem modelu učeče se organizacije pokaže dejavnike vpliva, proces ter notranji in zunanji kontekst, ki delujejo na in v učeči se organizaciji. S kombinacijo aktivnosti, ki so edinstvene in drugačne kot pri konkurentih, so rezultati procesov organizacijske spremembe, novo znanje, inovativnost in kompetence, ki predstavljajo trajno konkurenčno prednost organizacije.

LEARNING ORGANIZATION FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF CREATING A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Abstract:
The basic theoretical starting points define a learning organization as organization that is able to learn continuously, is open to the society and wants to increase the ability to learn even more. The concept is based on the existence of culture that enables cooperation among the employed and the team work. The creation of a lasting competitive advantage in a company of knowledge acquires from the management the skills of modern managing contents that include the handling with knowledge and the creation of intellectual capital. The knowledge as a tool part of the competitive advantage of a modern learning organization becomes the basis of a unique long lasting paradigm of success and includes the progress and transfer of explicit and tacit, non transferable knowledge. The systems- organisation structure analysis on the integrated model of learning organization, shows the factors of influence, process and internal and external context that act by and in a learning organization. With the combination of activity that are unique and different from the competitors, the results of the processes are new knowledge, innovation, competence and organizational changes that represent a long lasting competitive advantage of the organization.
