Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava modeliranje upravnega postopka ter razumevanje modela BPMN za upravni postopek. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili na teorijo poslovnih procesov, tehnikam modeliranja poslovnih procesov ter predstavili teorijo upravnega postopka. V drugem delu smo predstavili model izbranega upravnega postopka, zmodeliran v dveh tehnikah. V tretjem delu smo predstavili poskus, s katerim smo pridobili podatke o razumljivosti izdelanega modela. Na koncu smo povzeli rezultate poskusa in predstavili ugotovitve.

Title:
MODELING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITH BPMN
Abstract:
The diploma work represents an attempt of modelling the administrative procedure and comprehension of the administrative procedure BPMN model. In the first part of the diploma work, we focused on the theory of business processes, techniques of modelling the business processes, and introduced a theory of administrative procedure. In the second part, we presented the model of the selected administrative process modelled with two techniques. In the third part, we introduced an experiment with which we obtained data on the comprehensiveness of the produced model. Finally, we summarized the results of the experiment and presented the findings.
