Title:VPLIV DEHIDRACIJE BLATA NA ČIŠČENJE ODPADNE VODE NA CENTRALNI ČISTILNI NAPRAVI ŠALEŠKE DOLINE

Abstract:Čiščenje odpadnih voda na CČN Šaleške doline poteka po postopku biofiltracije s fiksirano biomaso. CČN je razdeljena na tri sklope, in sicer na mehansko čiščenje, biofiltracijo in linijo za obdelavo blata in izrabo bioplina. V diplomski nalogi smo naredili raziskavo vpliva dehidracije blata na čiščenje odpadne vode na Centralni čistilni napravi Šaleške doline. Obdelovali smo podatke za obdobje od leta 2008 do leta 2011. S podrobno analizo zbranih podatkov smo določili razmerje količin na vtoku čistilne naprave ter po dehidraciji za parametra amonijev dušik in neraztopljene snovi. Izračunali smo tudi masne bilance mejnih parametrov ter določili vpliv centrifugata, ki s procesom vračanja obremenjuje vtok CČN. Centrifugat je tekočina odstranjena s centrifugiranjem. Običajno vsebuje visoko koncentracijo neraztopljenih snovi in amonijev dušik. Ker imajo na CČN Šaleške doline največ težav z doseganjem predpisanih vrednosti ter zaradi vpliva na biofiltracijo, je kontrola vpliva centrifugata zelo pomembna.

Title:INFLUENCE OF SLUDGE DEHYDRATION ON THE EFFLUENT QUALITY AT THE CENTRAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ŠALEŠKA DOLINA
Abstract:Wastewater treatment at WWTP Šaleška dolina is following a procedure of biofiltration with fixed biomass. WWTP is divided into three parts, which are mechanical cleaning, biofiltration and a line for sludge treatment and biogas exploitation. In the diploma work, we've done research on impact of sludge dehidration on wastewater treatment on WWTP Šaleška dolina. Processed data is related to period from year 2008 to 2011. With detailed analysis of the collected data, we determined a ratio of ammonium nitrogen and suspended solids between inlet of WWTP and after dehydration. We calculated a mass balance of limit parameters and determined influence of centrifugate, which is beeing returned to the inlet of WWTP. Centrifugate is a liquid derived from centrifugation. Usually it contains a high concetration of suspended solids and ammonium nitrogen. Controling the centrifugate is important for achieving prescribed limits of both parameters and because of its influence on biofiltration. At increased amount of suspended solids in centrifugate, the filtered material is beeing erupted during the biofiltration.
