Abstract:
V okviru diplomske naloge smo izdelali sistem za detekcijo izpraznjenosti serijsko vezanih Li-Ion baterijskih celic. Izpraznjenost celic ugotavljamo na osnovi njihove napetosti, ki jo merimo z 10 bitnim AD pretvornikom s programsko povečano ločljivostjo. Z ustreznim vezjem smo zagotovili, da je sistem aktiven le v času meritve in da porabi malo energije. Izmerjene podatke sistem za detekcijo obdela in jih pošlje preko serijske komunikacije na terminal prenosnega računalnika. Za kratek čas, se informacija o stanju baterij prikaže preko signalnih LED diod.

Title:
DISCHARGE DETECTION OF Li-Ion SERIAL CELLS
Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to design and to construct a discharge detection system of Li-Ion serial cells. The discharge detection is realized with cells voltage measurement. Voltage are measured with a 10-bit AD converter with increased resolution. Small power consumption is assured with appropriate circuit which activates the system only during the measurement cycle. The measuring system processes the measurement data and sends via serial communication to the laptop computer terminal. At the same time, the battery status information is visible for a short time, through the signal LED’s.
