Abstract:Upravljanje procesa logistike nadomestnih delov in materialov je kompleksen problem, katerega pristop reševanja mora biti holističen. Problematika ni aktualna le v proizvodnih podjetjih, temveč v številnih drugih podjetjih, kjer se neposredno srečujejo z nadomestnimi deli in zagotavljanjem materialov zanje. Potrebno se je zavedati dejstva, da se s proizvodnjo izdelka proces logistike še ne konča, saj je potrebno poskrbeti za upravljanje celotne strategije vseh poprodajnih aktivnosti. V magistrskem delu smo zasledovali številne cilje in hipoteze, katere smo s pomočjo raziskovalnih metod tudi holistično raziskali in preučili. Skozi teoretično osnovo smo prešli v prakso, kjer smo s pomočjo slovenskih in tujih raziskav, anketnega vprašalnika raziskali področja upravljanja procesa reklamacij, uporabe nadomestnih delov in materialov, označevanja delov, proizvodnje, prodaje ter uporabe izbranih informacijskih aplikacij ter podali smernice in predloge izboljšav upravljanja raziskovanega področja.

Title:SPARE PARTS AND MATERIALS MANAGEMENT LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN SLOVENIAN COMPANIES
Abstract:Spare parts and materials management logistics process is a complex issue, which needs to be dealt with in a holistic manner. The issue is not only current in manufacturing companies, but also in many other companies, which are directly confronted with spare parts and provision of their materials. One has to be aware, that the logistics process does not end when a product is manufactured, because it is still necessary to provide management of overall strategy for all after sales activities. For the Master’s thesis, we used holistic research methods to pursue a number of objectives and hypotheses. We started with theoretical basis and proceeded to practice. With the help of Slovenian and foreign researches and a questionnaire we analyzed the fields of reclamation process management, the use of spare parts and materials, parts’ labeling, production, sale and the use of information applications, and finally we introduced guidelines and prepositions for improving research field management.
