Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema osnove preoblikovanja, ena izmed vrst preoblikovanja je tudi upogibanje, ki je tudi bolj podrobno opisano. Predstavljene so tri najpogosteje uporabljene vrste upogibanja; to so upogibanje na letvi, upogibanje na prizmi in upogibanje na valjih. V sami diplomski nalogi so zajete tudi razne enačbe, katere nam pridejo v pomoč pri samem upogibanju. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je predstavljen upogibni stroj za upogibanje na prizmi »Carter 200x4000«, katerega imajo v podjetju, kjer sem opravljal praktično usposabljanje. Kot primer sem uporabil zadnjo stranico bagrske žlice, izdelal sem potrebno tehniško dokumentacijo in tehnološki postopek upogibanja.

DESIGN OF FORMING TOOLS FOR SHEET METAL BENDING
Abstract:
My diploma work gathers bases of forming; one of the different types of forming is calleed bending, which is also distinctly described. There are presented three the most common used types of forming, which are: bending on batten, bending on prism and bending on cylinders. In my diploma paper are also included various equations, which are extremely useful in forming process. In continuation of my diploma I presented bending machine on prism »Carter 200x4000«, which they own in the company, where I took my practice. As an example I used the final side of spoon excavator. I made all the necessary technical documentation and technological procedure of bending.
