Title:RAZISKAVA REORGANIZACIJE POVEZAVE MED PROIZVODNO LINIJO IN SKLADIŠČEM V IZBRANEM PODJETJU

Abstract:Povezava med proizvodno linijo in skladiščem pomeni potovanje informacijskega in materialnega toka. Uvedba "pull" namesto predhodnega "push" principa predstavlja dobro izhodišče za nadaljnjo optimizacijo teh dveh tokov. Reorganizacija proizvodne linije in vpeljava logističnih orodij v proizvodnjo pomeni veliko novih možnosti pri vzpostavitvi izboljšane povezave med linijo in skladiščem oziroma nemoteno oskrbo delovnih mest, ki odpravi nepotrebne izgube časov in transportnih poti ter s tem poveča produktivnost. Izbrano podjetje z vpeljavo konceptov milkrun, elektronski kanban ter supermarket povsem reorganizira oskrbo posameznih delovnih mest na proizvodni liniji. Supermarket v obliki pretočnega regala predstavlja začasno rešitev minimiziranja vmesnih zalog, končni cilj optimiziranja zalog pa je seveda poslovanje brez vmesnih zalog, vendar je takšno poslovanje težko izvajati. E-kanban je nadgradnja klasičnega kanbana in povsem poenostavi naročanje materiala, saj se le ta naroča preko črtnih kod, milkrun pa oskrbuje delovna mesta po vnaprej določeni poti in urniku. Vsa ta logistična orodja najučinkoviteje delujejo v medsebojni povezavi, pomembno pa je tudi, da jih podjetja poznajo in jih znajo izkoristiti. Z uvedbo teh orodij se je povečala učinkovitost in produktivnost proizvodnje, pri čemer smo skrajšali transportne poti, čas oskrbe ter zmanjšali število transporterjev.

Title:REORGANIZATION STUDY OF LINKS BETWEEN A PRODUCTION LINE AND WAREHOUSE IN THE SELECTED COMPANY
Abstract:Connection between production line and warehouse represents informational and material flow and for optimization of both flows we need to implement pull instead of push concept. Reorganization of production lines and implementation of logistical tools give many new possibilities for improvement of existing connection between production line and warehouse or undisturbed material distribution of each work station, which can enhance as time and distance reduction and also as increase of productivity. The selected factory is reorganizing each work station while implementing milkrun, e-kanban and supermarkets. Supermarket shaped as roller racks is just a temporary solution as minimal in-between stock, while goal are processes without in-between inventory, which we cannot influence. E-kanban as upgraded classical kanban operates in a way that makes material ordering process much easier, so we can order material with help of barcodes; milkrun is used for supplying work station based on predetermined schedule and ruts. All these logistical tools are best used when we are using tehm as combination, it is also important for factory to have know-how in this area and also hove to exploit this knowledge. Implementation of these tools increased efficiency and production productivity, as we shortened the routes, time of care and number of transporters.
