Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je, da za trifazni vodno hlajeni asinhronski generator moči 5,5 kW, s pomočjo programskega paketa emLook naredimo izračune navijalnih podatkov in izberemo najbolj optimalno navijte. Izbrali smo ulomljeno koncentrično navitje in zanj opravili tudi analitični izračun brez pomoči računalnika, kot prikaz, kako bi se problema lotili, če za izračun ne bi imeli računalniškega programa. Opravili smo tudi preizkuse različnih obratovalnih stanj. Na osnovi rezultatov segrevanj pri različnih obremenitvah smo določili termično moč generatorja.

Title:CALCULATION AND MEASUREMENT OF THE WATER COOLED 5.5 kW INDUCTION GENERATOR
Abstract:The aim of the diploma was to make winding calculations and choose the optimal winding, for the three-phase water-cooled 5.5 kW induction generator. Winding design was done using software package emLook. After choosing the concentric winding, analytical calculation without the computer aid was carried out, as an example of how the calculation would be preformed, if there was no software package. Different tests were performed on the asynchronous machine, and thermal power was determined based on the results of temperature rise tests.
