Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je prikazano konstruiranje sistema za generiranje pare in njenega dovoda v pečniški prostor parne pečice. Najprej smo pregledali konkurenčne aparate in obstoječe patente na tem področju. Nato smo določili parametre sistema. Sistem smo računalniško modelirali tako, da je prilagojen za uporabo v obstoječi pečici podjetja Gorenje. Pri tem smo upoštevali priporočila konstruiranja za proizvodnjo in izračune s področja termodinamike. Pri spojih z zaskočkami smo izračunali silo potrebno za spajanje. Sistem smo dali izdelati s postopkom hitre izdelave prototipov. Na koncu smo izvedli še meritve absolutne vlažnosti v pečniškem prostoru.

Title:DESIGNING A SYSTEM FOR GENERATING AND TRANSPORTING STEAM IN TO A COOKING CAVITY OF A STEAM OVEN
Abstract:The diploma work shows the designing of a system for generating and transporting steam in to a cooking cavity of a steam oven. First, the competing devices and existing patents were examined. Then the parameters of the system were determined. The system was modelled for use in an existing oven. The recommendations of design for manufacturing and thermodynamic calculations were considered. The required merging force was calculated at connections by snap-fits. The system was made with rapid prototyping and at the end measurements of absolute humidity in the oven cavity were performed.
