Abstract:V magistrskem delu je obravnavano področje skladiščenja in komisioniranja blaga v Premogovniku Velenje, d. d. V uvodnem delu so povzete teoretične osnove na področju skladiščenja in komisioniranja blaga. Problematika, ki se pojavlja v izvajanju procesa komisioniranja, je predstavljena v kritični analizi. V skladišču popravljene opreme povzroča talno uskladiščenje blaga številne zastoje in dolge transportne poti. Dostop do posameznih regalov je otežen, saj je potrebno talno uskladiščeno blago prelagati in posledično opraviti nekoristne manipulacije. Na podlagi analiziranja delovnih nalogov za leto 2010 smo ugotovili smotrnost razporeditve blaga v skladišču popravljene opreme, ki bi zmanjšala obseg manipulacij z blagom in posledično celotne stroške skladiščnega poslovanja. Na podlagi izračunov smo določili potrebno število paletnih mest za uskladiščenje opreme v regalih. Raziskava je zajemala tudi primerjavo učinkovitosti komisioniranja pri obstoječem in prenovljenem uskladiščenju opreme. V sklepnem delu so povzete ugotovitve in prednosti v primeru realizacije predlaganih rešitev.

Title:Redesign of the order picking process at the input goods at the Velenje Coalmine
Abstract: My work deals with storage and order picking process at the Velenje Coalmine. I present the theoretical presentation of storage and order picking proces. The problem introduced in the order picking process is presented in the critical analysis. The floor stored equipment in the warehouse causes gridlocks and long transportation ways. The access to individual parts is more difficult as floor stored goods must be reloaded to another place and useless manipulations corrected. Analysis of the work orders for 2010 estimates the advisability of the repaired goods outlay in the warehouse which would reduce the manipulation with the goods and, consequently, lower the cost of storage. Calculating, I determine the necessary number of palette spots to store the goods in racks. The research comprises the comparison of picking process efficiency at the existent equipment warehouse system. The final part offers the estimation and advantages in case of realization of suggested solutions.
