Abstract:
V sodobnem merjenju moči med podjetji nimajo več glavne besede tehnološke zmožnosti, saj o tem, kdo je močnejši, danes odloča človek. V podjetju si danes razvoja in napredka ne morejo več predstavljati brez dobrih sodelavcev, ki svoje uspehe gradijo na timskem delu in jim delo samo pomeni spodbudo ter navdih. Uresničitev zastavljenih ciljev je torej pogojena z motivacijo zaposlenih. Ravno iz teh razlogov je kadrovska dejavnost podjetja zelo zahtevna in raznovrstna, saj jo lahko definiramo kot celo vrsto podsistemov oz. med seboj odvisnih sistemov. Nosilci kadrovske dejavnosti pa obvladujejo široka znanja, ki zajemajo ne le znanja s strokovnega področja, temveč tudi s področja upravne organiziranosti. V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena pojava absentizma in fluktuacija v podjetju Dana, d. d. Prvi del diplomske naloge podaja predvsem teoretična izhodišča. Tu je predstavljena kadrovska politika in njena pomembnost za podjetja. Podrobneje je opisana tudi kadrovska funkcija, natančneje pa sta opredeljena pojava absentizem in fluktuacija, in sicer vrste, vzroki za njun pojav in njun izračun ter primerjava s Slovenijo. V drugem, empiričnem, delu je predstavljeno podjetje Dana, d. d. Dana, tovarna rastlinskih specialitet in destilacija, d. d., je podjetje, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo vod, sokov in žganih pijač. Izdeluje izdelke, ki kakovostno in cenovno zadovoljujejo vse segmente kupcev. Izdelana je tudi raziskava, s pomočjo katere smo analizirali vzroke za absentizem in fluktuacijo, delovne pogoje in možnosti za izboljšanje trenutnega stanja. Prav tako smo pridobili tudi oceno zadovoljstva zaposlenih, odnos do kakovosti in motivacije ter možnosti za razvoj kariere. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika.

ABSENTEEISM AND TURNOVER IN THE COMPANY DANA D.D.
Abstract:
In the modern measurement of power between the companies, the technological capability no longer have major word. Who is stronger, now decides a man. The company nowadays, development and progress cannot imagine without good employees who are building their success on teamwork and the work itself presents to them incentive and inspiration. Achieving goals is therefore subject to employee motivation. Precisely for these reasons, the HR activities are very demanding and diverse, as it can be defined as a number of subsystems, or interdependent systems. HR specialists dominate broad knowledge covering not only the knowledge of the scientific field but also in the field of administrative organization. In the thesis are presented the phenomenon of absenteeism and turnover in the company Dana, d. d. The first part gives particular theoretical frameworks. Here the personnel policy and its importance to business is presented. More in details is prescribed also HR function. More specifically, it is described the phenomenon of absenteeism and turnover, especially the causes of their emergence and their calculation and comparison with Slovenia. In the second empirical part is presented the company Dana d. d. Dana, a plant and distillation plant specialties, d. d. is a company that is engaged in the production of water, juices and spirits. It manufactures the products that meet the quality and price to all customer segments. A survey is made by means of which we have analyzed the causes of absenteeism and turnover, working conditions and opportunities for improvement. We have also obtained an assessment of employee satisfaction, attitude towards quality and motivation, and opportunities for career development. The survey was conducted by means of a questionnaire.
