Title:IZDELAVA SKLOPA ZA DEKOMPRESIJO MOTORJA Z NOTRANJIM IZGOREVANJEM

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je najprej opisana splošna ideja hibridnega pogona, katerega namen je zmanjšanje izpusta toplogrednih plinov, ki ga povzroča sodoben osebni transport. Osrednja tema pričujočega dela se nanaša na enega izmed problemov, ki jih je potrebno rešiti pri praktični realizaciji takšnega pogona. To je načrtovanje, realizacija in priklop sklopa za dekompresijo motorja z notranjim izgorevanjem. Motor z notranjim izgorevanjem je eden izmed obeh pogonov, ki sestavljajo hibridni pogon. Delo je potekalo na laboratorijskem preizkuševališču hibridnega pogona s paralelno konstrukcijo. Oba pogonska sklopa, motor z notranjim izgorevanjem in elektromotor, delujeta usklajeno. Bencinski motor aktivno deluje v območju največjega izkoristka, v ostalih območjih pa je pogonski motor elektromotor. Da se zmanjšajo nepotrebne izgube zaradi komprimiranja zraka pri pasivnem vrtenju, je potrebno realizirati funkcijo dekompresorja. Dekompresijski sklop je izveden s pnevmatskim aktuatorjem, ki preko ekscentrične gredi odpira ventile, ki dovoljujejo zraku prosti prehod, kar onemogoča kompresijo.

Title:DESIGN OF DECOMPRESSION SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Abstract:This work first describes the general idea of hybrid drive, whose aim is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by the modern personal transportation. Then a solution of one of the problems, which have to be solved for the practical realization of such drive, is presented. This problem is design of the system for decompression of internal combustion engine (which is one of two motors which compose the drive) and integration of the produced set in hybrid drive. The work was done on the laboratory test rig. The hybrid drive in test rig has a parallel structure, which means that both motors, internal combustion engine and electric motor, are working simultaneously. The internal combustion engine is active in the area of maximum efficiency, while otherwise only electric motor is used for the propulsion. In order to reduce unnecessary losses due to compression of the air by passive operation, it is necessary to realize the decompression function. System for decompression is realized by a pneumatic actuator that is operated through eccentric shaft the valves, allowing free passage of the air, which is preventing compression.
