Abstract:
V današnjem času je boj za primat podjetij čedalje bolj izenačen in vsa podjetja stremijo k čim bolj uspešnem poslovanju. Vendar če hočemo dosegati uspehe na določenem področju, moramo najprej poznati vzroke, zakaj je temu tako in kako se pride do uspeha. Prav tako morajo podjetja znati izračunati oziroma izmeriti uspešnost svojega poslovanja, če hočejo odkriti probleme in pomanjkljivosti trenutnega načina poslovanja, ter ga nato izboljšati. Logistična podjetja imajo prav tako, kot večina ostalih podjetij v Sloveniji, veliko konkurenco, zato se od njih pričakuje učinkovito vodenje in beleženje vseh zunanjih in notranjih dejavnikov, ki lahko vplivajo na uspešnost njihovega poslovanja. Znati izmeriti uspešnost poslovanja s pravimi kazalniki pa je pogoj za obvladovanje le-teh. Torej je izbira pravih kriterijev, s katerimi merimo našo uspešnost, zelo velikega pomena, kar se pozna predvsem pri rezultatih merjenja uspeha, ki so precej bolj realni. V tem diplomskem delu bom predstavil in analiziral kazalnike, s katerimi merijo uspešnost nekatera večja logistična podjetja na slovenskih tleh.

ANALYSIS OF INDICATORS FOR MEASURING EFFICIENCY IN SELECTED LOGISTICS COMPANIES
Abstract:
Nowadays, the struggle for supremacy between companies is becoming increasingly more uniform with all companies striving to achieve as successful operations as possible. However, if we wish to achieve better results in a particular area, we must first establish the causes and how to achieve success. Similarly, companies must be able to calculate or measure the success of their operations if they desire to identify the problems and shortcomings of current operations in order to improve them. Logistics companies, as the majority of other companies in Slovenia, face immense competition; therefore they are expected to efficiently control and record all external and internal factors, which could affect the success of their operations. The ability to measure the success of business performance using the right indicators is a prerequisite for achieving success. Thus, the selection of the correct criteria for measuring success is of great importance as seen particularly in the business performance results success which are then more realistic. In this diploma thesis, I will present and analyze indicators used to measure success in some of the largest logistics companies in Slovenia.
