Abstract:
V tem diplomskem delu smo predstavili embaliranje in reorganizacijo embaliranja mleka v podjetju Mlekarna Celeia d. o. o. Glavno vprašanje, ki nas spremlja skozi celotno delo, je, kako in katero embalažo uporabiti v teh časih za embaliranje mleka, da zadostimo visokim zahtevam ekologije, hkrati pa ne izgubljamo preveč denarja na račun boljše embalaže. V prvem delu smo na splošno opisali embalažo, njene funkcije, naloge, lastnosti in njen razvoj od začetka pojavljanja embalaže, pa vse do danes, ko si brez nje ne znamo več predstavljati življenja. V drugem delu pa smo analizirali sedanji proces proizvodnje oziroma embaliranja mleka v tetrapake, ter predstavili njegove prednosti in slabosti. V zadnjem delu smo predstavili prenovo procesa obstoječega sistema, naredili primerjavo med starim in novim sistemom embaliranja mleka, ter podali predloge za rešitev problema.

REORGANIZATION OF MILK PACKAGING IN COMPANY MLEKARNA CELEIA D.O.O.
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we introduced packaging and reorganization of milk packaging in the company Mlekarna Celeia d. o. o. The main question is which type and procedure of packaging to use in order to reduce environment pollution and the costs of using better package. In the first part we introduced packaging in general, its functions, characteristics and development from the beginning up to now, when we can hardly imagine life without packages. In the second part we analysed existing production procedures respectively packaging milk into milk boxes and introduced its advantages and disadvantages. In the last part we introduced reorganization of the existing system and compared it with the former system of milk packaging. We also gave suggestions for problem solution.
