Abstract:
Magistrska naloga je napisana v petih poglavjih. Prva štiri poglavja obravnavajo teorijo o motivaciji in nagrajevanju zaposlenih v podjetjih. Prvo poglavje je uvodni del, v katerem najdemo opredelitev področja in opis problema, namen in cilje magistrske naloge, predpostavke in omejitve, nakazane pa so tudi uporabljene metode dela. V drugem poglavju govorimo o motivaciji zaposlenih in kaj zaposlene najbolj demotivira. V tretjem poglavju spoznamo nagrade in nagrajevanje zaposlenih ter sistem in oblike nagrajevanja. Sledi četrto poglavje, ki predstavlja značilnosti medsebojnih odnosov na delovnem mestu, opis lastnosti odličnega vodja ter osnovne značilnosti neverbalne komunikacije. V zadnjem, petem poglavju so prikazani rezultati ankete, izvedene med zaposlenimi v podjetju Sw, d. o. o., na kratko pa je predstavljeno tudi samo podjetje.

MOTIVATING AND AWARDING EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY SW, Ltd
Abstract:
The Master’s degree is written in five chapters. The first four chapters deal with the theory on motivation and rewarding of employees in companies. The first chapter is the introduction, where we can find the definition of the analysed topic and the problem description, the purpose and goals of the Master’s degree, hypotheses and limitations, indicated are also the used work methods. In the second chapter we talk about employee motivation and the main employee demotivators. In the third chapter we get to know the rewards and rewarding of employees, the rewarding system itself and forms of rewarding. In the next, fourth chapter we present features of mutual relations at the work place, a description of the characteristics of a great leader and characteristics of basic nonverbal communication. In the final, fifth chapter we show the results of the poll, carried out between the employees in the company Sw, Ltd, and briefly present the company itself.
