Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi sem izbral tematiko, ki je neposredno povezana z delom, ki ga opravljam, hkrati pa je dovolj splošna, da obsega tudi praktično vsa delovna mesta. Govorim namreč o pojavu stresa na delovnem mestu. Želel sem raziskati omenjen pojav, ugotoviti vzroke za nastanek stresa, načine kako ga prepoznati, ga preprečiti ali vsaj omejiti. V raziskavi in analizi sem se omejil na podjetje Flamin holding, kjer službujem, podrobenje, razsikal sem pojav stresa na delovnem mestu prodajalca. Podatke sem dobil s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, intervijujev in lastnih izkušenj. Pri analiziranju pridobljenih podatkov sem se uprl na obstoječe teorije iz različnih virov, ter na podlagi le teh sklepal kako se stres manifestira znotraj omejenega raziskovalnega obomčja. Skozi nalogo sem prikazal in dokazal, da je stres prisoten tudi na mojem delovnem mestu, njegova moč pa je odvisna od posameznikovega dojemnaja in prilagajanja. Cilj naloge mi je bil ne le raziskati omenjen problem, temveč najti tudi rašitve, kako stres omejiti ali ga celo povsem odstraniti. S tem je moja naloga pridobila tudi praktično vrednost, upam da pri čim širši populaciji.

STRESS ON WORK PLACE IN FLAMIN HOLDING D.O.O.
Abstract:
The theme I have chosen in my diploma is directly linked up with the work I perform. At the same time it is general enough that it includes also all general places of work. The theme we talk about here is the phenomena stress on the working place. I wanted to make a research on the above mentioned phenomena, to establish the causes and the origin of stress, to prevent or just to restrict it. I have restricted the research and analysis on the company Flamin holding where I work. In special I have researched the phenomena on the working place of the seller. The data is based on a questionnaire, interviews and personal experience. By performing the analysis I have referred to the existing theories from several sources, and relating to these I have concluded how stress manifests inside the restricted researching area. Throughout the diploma I have shown and proved that stress is also present at my working place but that the power of stress depends on the comprehension and adaptability of each individual. . The aim of this diploma has not only been to research the above mentioned problem but also finding solutions how to restrict stress or how to eliminate it completely. So it has obtained also a practical value, hopefully for a large population.
