Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela z naslovom Etika in morala v podjetništvu je najprej razjasniti osnovne pojme, kot so etika, morala, poslovna etika, poslovna morala, družbena odgovornost in podjetništvo. Glavni cilj pa je raziskati in predstaviti vlogo etike in morale v podjetništvu. Gre za področje, ki v času globalne finančne krize prihaja vse bolj do izraza in predstavlja temelj na katerem sodobna podjetja gradijo svojo prihodnost. Diplomsko delo poskuša torej dokazati, da upoštevanje etike in morale v podjetništvu ne gre razumeti zgolj kot nekakšen dodaten strošek, ampak kot glavni dejavnik pri uspešnosti podjetja. Predstavljen je tudi nezavidljiv položaj managerja v podjetju, ki pri svojih odločitvah marsikdaj naleti na etično dilemo, ko 'trčita' etični in strokovni vidik, managerjeva naloga pa je najti vmesno pot med obema.

ETHICS AND MORALITY IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract:
The purpose of this diploma paper entitled "Ethics and morality in business" is firstly to clear up terms such as ethics, morality, business ethics, business morality, social responsibility and entrepreneurship. The main aim is to research and present the purpose of ethics and morality in business. It is an area that is becoming more and more important in times of the financial crisis and presents the foundation on which modern companies build their future. The diploma paper tries to prove that implementing ethics and morality in business isn’t just an extra cost but the main factor in success. The unenviable position of the manager who often comes across an ethical dillema while making decisions and his task to find the perfect way between both is also presented.
