Abstract:
Diplomsko delo se začne s kratkim uvodom in predstavitvijo podjetja Ko-Lovec, d. o. o. Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je predstavitev sodobnih preoblikovalnih postopkov pločevine za maloserijsko proizvodnjo v podjetju. Preoblikovalni postopki bodo omejeni na vzorčni izdelek. Predstavil sem visoko produktivni računalniško voden sistem za prebijanje in upogibni stroj na podlagi izdelave omenjenega izdelka. V sklepnem delu pa sem obdelal stroškovne cene izdelka ter naredil časovno analizo.

CONTEMPORARY PROCESSES OF SHEET-METAL FORMING FOR SMALL SERIES PRODUCTION
Abstract:
The diploma paper starts with a brief description of the company Ko – Lovec d.o.o. The main theme of this diploma paper is the introduction of modern forming processes of sheet metal for small batch production in companies. Forming processes will be limited to a sample product. I have presented a highly productive computer-guided system for punching and a bending machine based on the construction of the before mentioned product. In the final part I have analyzed the costs of the product and also made a temporal analysis.
