Abstract:
Živeti brez glutena: izziv za vsakogar. Kakovost življenja pomeni, da življenje doživljamo kot vrednoto, kot nekaj polnega, lepega in smiselnega kljub vsem preprekam in težavam. Diagnoza celiakija večinoma najprej izzove negotovost in strah. Treba je osvojiti veliko novega in opustiti tisto, na kar smo bili navajeni. Zato je ključnega pomena zdravstveno-vzgojno delo, kjer medicinska sestra informira, svetuje in uči tako mladostnike kot njihove starše, ter družinska pomoč, da celiakašu stojijo ob strani in ga motivirajo. Diplomsko delo govori o reakcijah mladostnikov na spremenjen način življenja s celiakijo. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti značilnosti celiakije pri mladostnikih in izpostaviti njihovo reakcijo na spremenjen način življenja ter predstaviti zdravstveno-vzgojno delo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi bolnika s celiakijo. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati naloge, ki smo jih izvedli s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 dijakov ter študentov, ki imajo diagnosticirano celiakijo. Na podlagi analize pridobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, ali se je z uvedbo brezglutenske diete stanje pacienta izboljšalo, kakšna je bila reakcija mladostnikov na odkritje diagnoze celiakija in zavedanje pomena zdravljenja ter posledic nezdravljene celiakije.

ADOLESCENTS` REACTIONS TO THE CHANGED WAY OF LIFE WITH COELIAC DIEASE
Abstract:
Living without gluten: challenge for everyone. Quality of life means that we experience life as value: something that’s perfect, beautiful and meaningful, despite all the obstacles and problems. Diagnosis celiac disease at first mostly sets of insecurity and fear. We have to learn many new things and give up everything that we’re used to. Therefore the vital meaning is in health education work, where nurse informs, advises and teaches adolescents as their parents, to stand on sickened person’s side and motivate him/her. Dissertation talks about reactions of adolescents on altered way of living with a celiac disease. The purpose of dissertation is to show the features of the celiac disease for adolescents and to emphasise their reaction on the changed way of living, and also to introduce health educational work of nurse in treatment of patient with a celiac disease. The results of the task are introduced within empirical part that we carried out with help of the anonymous questionnaire. 50 students with a celiac disease were involved in research. Based on analysis of gained results we found out if the patient’s condition had been improved with diet without gluten; what was the reaction of adolescents on discovering the diagnosis of celiac disease; and being aware of the meaning of treatment and consequences of untreated celiac disease.
