Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno, kako zdravstveni delavci motiviramo paciente s sladkorno boleznijo, da po svojih najboljših močeh sodelujejo pri zdravstveni obravnavi. Cilji, ki smo si jih zastavili so predstaviti sladkorno bolezen in njene zaplete, predstaviti vlogo medicinske sestre pri zdravstveno vzgojnem delu in pa pomen sodelovanja pacientov s sladkorno boleznijo pri zdravstveni obravnavi. Ţeleli smo tudi ugotoviti ali so pacienti s sladkorno boleznijo pripravljeni sodelovati pri zdravstveni obravnavi. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli med pacienti s sladkorno boleznijo, ki se zdravijo v diabetološki ambulanti Splošne bolnišnice Murska Sobota. Z raziskavo smo ţeleli ugotoviti ali se pacienti s sladkorno boleznijo zavedajo njihove vloge in sodelovanja pri zdravstveni obravnavi in ali so dovolj motivirani za sodelovanje pri zdravstveni obravnavi. Ugotovili smo, da se pacienti zavedajo pomena sodelovanja pri zdravljenju in pri zdravljenju tudi sodelujejo, prav tako so se tudi pripravljeni dodatno poučiti o zapletih, ki lahko prizadenejo pacienta s sladkorno boleznijo. Za sodelovanje je večina pacientov motiviranih, glavno vlogo pri tem pa imajo prav medicinske sestre.

MOTIVATION OF PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS DISEASE FOR COOPERATION BY MEDICAL TREATMENT
Abstract:
In our diploma motivation of health workers for patients with diabetes is presented. Patients should take part in health treatment. Our Purpose was to present diabetes and its complications, to present the role of nurse in helath education and the significance of patients collaboration in diabetes health treatment. We wanted to establish if patients with diabetes are prepared to take part in health treatment. In empirical part of our diploma we presented a research , that was performed on patients with diabetes, which are treated in diabetical clinic of general hospital Murska Sobota. With this research we wanted to establish if patients with diabetes are aware of theirown participation in health treatment and if they are motivated enough for co-operation in medical treatment. We established, that patients are awared how important their collaboration in medical treatment is. They participate in treatment and are prepared to learn about complications, wich can occur a patient with diabetes. Most of patients are motivated for collaboration and nurses have the main part in this collaboration.
