Abstract:
V diplomskem seminarju smo podrobneje opredelili vodenje podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da je vodenje za podjetje zelo pomembno, vendar se premalo podjetij zaveda, da je vodenje ključnega pomena za podjetja. Sama funkcija vodenja podjetju ne more prinesti dobrih rezultatov, ampak je zato potreben pravi vodja s pravimi lastnostmi. Če ima vodja vse te lastnosti, katere smo v diplomskem seminarju omenili, torej, da zna svoje sodelavce motivirati in jih usmerjati proti cilju, vse to pozitivno vpliva na uspešno vodenje podjetja.

Title:
LEADING OF A COMPANY
Abstract:
In the diploma seminar we specified management of companies. We determined that management is very important for a company, but not enough companies are aware that for a company management is the key factor. The function of managing alone does not bring good results to the company; what it takes is a good manager with the right skills. If the manager has all the qualities, mentioned in the diploma seminar, i.e. is able to motivate his co-workers and direct them towards the goal, all these factors positively influence successful managing of the company.
