Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili potek avtomatizacije procesa odgovarjanja na elektronsko pošto. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo podrobno predstavili elektronsko pošto ter njene standarde in protokole. Pogledali smo si, zakaj je proces avtomatizacije odgovarjanja na elektronsko pošto danes še kako aktualna tema in kako lahko podjetjem pripomore tudi v finančnem smislu. Na kratko smo predstavili področje obdelave naravnega jezika ter si ogledali principe upravljanja odgovarjanja na elektronsko pošto. S pomočjo pridobljenega teoretičnega znanja smo v praktičnem delu razvili preprosto aplikacijo za avtomatsko odgovarjanje na elektronsko pošto znotraj izbrane domene.

AUTOMATION OF THE ELECTRONIC MAIL ANSWERING PROCESS
Abstract:
This thesis presents automation of the electronic mail answering process. In the theoretic part electronic mail with its standards and protocols is described in detail. Actuality of automatic email response was presented on an example of financial benefits for the companies. Theoretic part also contains a brief description of the Natural Language Processing field and principles of the Email Response Management. As a practical part a simple application that enables automatic email response in the selected domain has been developed.
