Abstract:
Embaliranje izdelkov je v industrijskem podjetju pomembna operacija, ker izdelek ne le zavaruje ampak mu nudi tudi oporo in stabilnost ter hkrati dviguje ugled podjetja. Osrednji problem, ki smo ga analizirali v diplomskem delu, je kakovost procesa embaliranja, ki se med drugim osredotoča na naročanje in skladiščenje embalažnih materialov, saj to trenutno poteka neusklajeno. Obenem problem soustvarjata pomanjkanje modernih informacijskih tehnologij v skladišču (ustvarjanje prevelikih zalog) in planiranje delovnih procesov ter kakovost njihove izvedbe. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili obstoječe stanje na področju naročanja in skladiščenja embalažnih materialov, pakiranja in embaliranja. Pridobljene podatke smo kritično analizirali in na podlagi teoretičnih osnov podali rešitve problema: dopolnitev informacijske tehnologije, vloga človeškega faktorja, prenova skladiščenja, prenova planiranja delovnih procesov pakiranja in embaliranja, prenova paletnega sistema v povezavi z reklamacijo kupca, vzpostavitev preverjanja kakovosti pakiranja. V zaključku smo ocenili učinke predlaganih rešitev problema, pogoje za njihovo uvedbo in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

RATIONALISATION OF PACKAGING IN THE COMPANY TA - REGULATOR D.O.O.
Abstract:
Packaging of products is a major operation in an industrial company since it not only secures the product but it also provides support and stability while raising the company's reputation. The central problem, which was analyzed in the thesis, is the quality of the process of packaging, which among other things focuses on procurement and storing of packaging materials, as it is currently uncoordinated. At the same time the problem is made worse by the lack of modern information technologies in the warehouse (which led to the creation of stockpiles) and also by the planning of work processes and the quality of their implementation. In this thesis we present the current state of the procurement and storage of packaging materials, packaging and wrapping. Acquired data were critically analyzed and based on theoretical grounds we provided solutions to the problem: an update of information technologies, the role of human factors, renovation of storage, renovation of planning work processes packaging and wrapping, renovation of the pallet system in conjunction with customer complaints, the establishment of quality testing of packaging. In conclusion, we evaluated the effects of the proposed solution to the problem, the conditions for their establishment and further development opportunities.
