Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Lik medveda v plesnih dramatizacijah ob literarnih delih iz otroške književnosti obravnava tematiko plesnega gibanja.

Title:THE FIGURE OF A BEAR IN DANCE DRAMATIZATIONS FEATURING CHILDREN'S LITERATURE LITERARY WORKS
Abstract:The thesis entitled The figure of a bear in dance dramatization from the literary works of children's literature discusses the subject of movement in dance. The purpose of our work is to enrich motion-dance motives of the animal figure of a bear, which constantly appears in youth literature. The role of a bear in chosen animal fairy tales was various enough to enrich the motion-dance motives; therefore we were able to perform its figure in dance with different motion-dance motives. We found out that in technical literature for dance education there have been enough theoretical starting points discussing motion-dance motifs, the latest directing us in forming ideas for written scenarios for dance dramatizations. We confirmed our hypotheses. In the thesis we presented motion-dance activities in the field of dance education in preschool children. Specifically, we analyzed the dance dramatization, its creation elements, the organization preparation, the teacher’s tasks and the whole planning process. The starting points were the analyses of literary works from children's literature, specifically animal fairy tales with the emphasis on the figure of a bear. We have chosen those works for children, where a bear is the main character and his role is multifaceted. On the ground of animal fairy tales dance scenarios were written, offering to notice the diversity of motion motives according to those of the content.
