Abstract:
Nosečnost je v življenju vsake ženske posebno obdobje, zato ga želimo povezati z drugimi aktivnostmi našega življenja, da bomo uživali v vsakem trenutku. Veliko vlogo bosta odigrala vzgoja in kulturno prepričanje. V veliko pomoč nam bo tudi dobra informiranost. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti spolnost v času nosečnosti, zdravstveno vzgojno vlogo diplomirane medicinske sestre in raziskati informiranost nosečnic. Ugotoviti želimo ali se nosečnice strinjajo s trditvijo, da nosečnost in spolnost ne sodita skupaj. Izvedeti želimo tudi ali imajo negativne izkušnje iz prve nosečnosti vpliv na spolnost v sedanji nosečnosti. Raziskavo smo opravili med nosečnicami, ki imajo izbranega ginekologa v Zdravstvenem domu Ptuj, v ambulanti za žene, s pomočjo deskriptivne metode dela. Rezultati so pokazali, da se je kot najboljši vir informacij izkazal internet. V veliko pomoč so nosečnicam tudi njihove prijateljice, zloženke ter revije in mediji. Velika večina nosečnic nasprotuje trditvi, da spolnost in nosečnost ne sodita skupaj. Nosečnice, ki so noseče drugič ali več niso navedle negativnih izkušenj s spolnostjo med prejšnjo nosečnostjo. Nosečnice si želijo več zdravstveno vzgojnega dela s strani diplomiranih medicinskih sester, na področju spolnosti v nosečnosti.

Sexuality during pregnancy
Abstract:
Pregnancy is a very special period in every woman’s life, therefore we would like to combine it with other activities in our life, so we can enjoy every moment of it. Education and cultural believes have a huge impact on our acceptance of sexuality. Diploma paper aims at representing sexuality during pregnancy, the health educating role of a nurse and to research whether the pregnant women are well informed about the subject. We would like to test the argument whether pregnant women believe that pregnancy and sexuality does not belong together. We would like to know if they have had any negative experiences from the previous pregnancies and how they affect their sexual life, now. Survey was carried out among pregnant women, who has there gynecologist at Zdravstveni dom Ptuj in clinic for women, with use of a descriptive method of work. Results showed internet was the most beneficial source of information. Pregnant women also find some assistance by their friends, leaflets, magazines and other media. Women mostly contradict the theory that pregnancy and sexuality does not belong together. Women who were pregnant with the second or the following child did not indicate any negative experiences during their previous pregnancies. They wish the nurse would do more health educating work involving sexuality during pregnancy.
