Abstract:Za povečanje produktivnosti v industrijski izdelavi je treba povečati izkoriščanje razpoložljivih delovnih sredstev. Za gospodarnost izdelovalnega procesa so odločilne sodobne informacije o odrezavanju. Zaradi vedno večjega uveljavljanja računalniško podprtih in avtomatiziranih sistemov v izdelavi so se povečale potrebe po zanesljivih in obsežnih podatkih za obdelavo. Na podlagi sistematičnih preizkusov, raziskavah obrabe in merjenja rezalnih sil ob upoštevanju vseh značilnic in vplivov na proces rezanja smo analizirali vplivne veličine. Rezultati optimiranja so optimalni obdelovalni podatki in so izredno pomembni za nadaljnjo uporabo pri programiranju numerično krmiljenih strojev.

Title:VORGEHENSWEISE DER UNTERSUCHUNG SPANUNGSTECHNI-SCHER ABHÄNGIGKEITEN UND ZUSAMMENHÄNGE FÜR ZERSPANUNGSTECHNIK
Abstract:Um die Produktivität der industriellen Fertigung zu steigern, muss die Leistungsfähigkeit moderner Fertigungsmittel verstärkt genutzt werden. Die Unsicherheit im Abschätzen des wechselseitigen Einflusses der Prozessparameter aufgrund des Fehlens aktueller Planungsunterlagen führt oft zu einer unzureichenden Ausschöpfung der technologischen Reserven. Voraussetzung zur Erstellung leistungsfähiger Optimiermodelle ist die Kenntnis des Verschleisses und Zerspankraftverhaltens bei Variation der Schnittbedingungen und Zusammenhang zwischen den Einstellenwerten und Prozessausgangsgrössen zu erhalten. Eine rationelle Ermittlung von Schnittwerten wird heute für moderne CNC-Bearbeitungsaufgaben verwendet.
