Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil odpravljanje težav pri nastajanju malega gospodinjskega aparata za vroče napitke, ki ga vpeljujemo v podjetju BSH d.o.o. Podjetje se ukvarja pretežno z izdelavo malih gospodinjskih aparatov. Gre za izboljšave aparata Tassimo, tako v proizvodnji in tudi v razvojnem oddelku. Problemi, s katerimi sem se soočal so bili: funkcionalno ročno testiranje podstavka na predalniku, merjenje sile na kuhalni enoti, odprava pomika energetskega kabla, problem membrane in problem tesnjenja. Težave sem rešil z različnimi konstrukcijskimi spremembami, raznimi testiranji in izboljšavami.

OPTIMIZATION OF HOT BEVERAGE SYSTEM MACHINE
Abstract:
In my diploma I will present the solving of problems with formation of a small kitchen appliance for hot drinks which has been produced in BSH d.o.o. The company’s main business is producing domestic appliances. There have been improvements of the Tassimo device, in production as well as in development department. The problems which I have faced are: functional manual testing of the base of the drawer, force measurement on the cooking surface, elimination of moving power cable, the problem of membrane and the problem of sealant. I solved the problems with different constructional changes, different testing and improvements.
