Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je prikazana modifikacija varilne priprave za varjenje avtobusnih ogrodij. Problematika zaporedja in načina dosedanjega varjenja ogrodja je posledično vplivala na modifikacijo obstoječe varilne priprave. Za modeliranje varilne priprave smo uporabili 3D programski paket Pro/Engineer. Prilagoditev ogrodja avtobusa varilni pripravi je privedla tudi do majhne modifikacije varilne priprave, kjer se vari podsklop celotnega ogrodja. Kot rezultat modifikacije varilne priprave so enolično izdelana ogrodja, ki ustrezajo zahtevam tehnične dokumentacije. To smo zagotovili z minimalnim posegom v dosedanji koncept varjenja ogrodja.

Title:
MODIFICATION OF WELDING JIG FOR WELDING BUS FRAMES
Abstract:
In my thesis I wanted to show the modification of welding jig for welding bus frames. Sequencing procedure and method to date welding frame is consequently affecting on the modification of the existing welding jig. For modeling the welding jig we used 3D package - Pro/Engineer. Adaptation of the bus frame to the welding jig, led to small modifications of the welding jig where a subset of the overall frame weld. As a result of this modification of the welding jig are uniquely designed frameworks that are corresponding the requirements of technical documentation. This was ensured by minimal intervention in the current concept of welding the frame.
