Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen vprašalnik s področja vzdrževanja. Namen diplomskega dela je dejanski prikaz stanja službe vzdrževanja in mišljenja delavcev. V uvodu naloge so razloženi osnovni pojmi s področja vzdrževanja. Jedro diplomskega dela je sestavljeno iz vprašalnika ter analize in primerjave vseh v praksi pridobljenih odgovorov. Z metodami opazovanj, deskripcije in raziskav so ugotovljeni najpogostejši vzroki za nastanek okvar in zastojev v velikoserijski proizvodnji. Z vsemi zbranimi podatki, je nato zapisan načrt vzdrževanja, ki ob upoštevanju bistveno zmanjša okvare in zastoje na tehničnem sistemu. V zaključku diplomskega dela je prikazano kakšno je trenutno stanje vzdrževalne službe v mnogih podjetjih, njihove napake in rešitve le teh. Z upoštevanjem načrta vzdrževanja, ki je prikazan v diplomskem delu, bi lahko podjetja pridobila ključno prednost na področju vzdrževanja pred konkurenco na danes vse bolj »krutem«, globalnem trgu.

Title:
ANALYSIS OF MAINTENANC FUNCTION EFFICIENCY
Abstract:
This diploma work presents a questionnaire in the field of maintenance. The aim is to represent a clearer picture of a current situation and views of maintenance workers. In the introduction are explained basic concepts related to maintenance. The core of the diploma work is composed of a questionnaire, an analysis and a comparison of all responses obtained in practice. According to the methods of observation, description and research, the most common causes of failures and delays in large-scale production are identified. On the basis of all collected data a maintenance plan is then constructed, which, when it is taken into consideration, significantly reduces defects and delays in technical system. In conclusion of this diploma work is illustrated a current state of a maintenance service in many companies, their mistakes and solutions. By taking the maintenance plan, which is shown in this diploma work, into account, companies could obtain a decisive advantage in the field of maintenance before their competition in today’s more and more demanding global market.
