Abstract:Kakovost pomeni izpolnjevanje ali celo preseganje pričakovanj kupcev. Kakovost je danes pomemben dejavnik tržne uspešnosti vsakega podjetja. Biti mora vgrajena v organizacijo podjetja, saj se v nasprotnem primeru sama od sebe ne bo nikoli pojavila. Za ponoven nakup iste storitve od istega ponudnika morajo biti odjemalci s predhodnim nakupom zadovoljni. Zadovoljstvo odjemalcev je odvisno od pričakovanj in zaznav v zvezi s storitvami. Zvestoba odjemalca storitev pa je močno odvisna od njegovega zadovoljstva z njim. Zadovoljen odjemalec je zvest odjemalec. V Gorenju d.d. je vpeljan celovit sistem vodenja kakovosti, ki izpolnjuje zahteve standardov ISO 9001:2008. V skladu z mednarodnimi merili se vpeljan sistem kakovostnega poslovanja stalno vzdržuje, dopolnjuje in razvija v smereh, ki podjetju omogočajo večjo učinkovitost in kakovost poslovanja. Enota Gorenje Varovanje, ki je del sistema skupine Gorenje, sistema za zagotavljanje kakovosti še nima vzpostavljenega, se pa v enoti dobro zavedamo, da je zelo pomembno, da sistem zagotavljanja kakovosti z ISO standardom izvedemo in pridobimo certifikat. Cilji in roki za pridobitev ISO 9001/2008 so v enoti že zastavljeni, s pomočjo zunanjega izvajalca pa naj bi projekt bil tudi uspešno voden. Vodstveni kader v naši enoti se zaveda, da je izboljševanje kakovosti izdelkov in storitev, poleg krajšanja dobavnih rokov in odzivnih časov, naša največja priložnost pri izboljševanju odnosov s kupci in povečanju njihovega zadovoljstva, s tem pa tudi prednost pred našo konkurenco. Vsi zaposleni v enoti Gorenje Varovanje želimo, da bo sistem vodenja kakovosti s končno potrditvijo in pridobitve certifikata prinesel novo rast, boljšo uspešnost in učinkovitost v enoto Gorenje Varovanje.

Title:INTRODUCING ISO STANDARD 9001/2008 TO UNIT GORENJE VAROVANJE
Abstract:Quality means to meet or even exceed the expectations of buyers. Nowadays, quality represents an important factor of market success of every company. Unless it has been incorporated in the very organisation of the company itself, it will not appear on its own. In order to buy the same service from the same provider again, the customer has to be satisfied with the previous purchase. The satisfaction of customers depends on their expectations and perceptions related to services. However, the loyalty of customers is strongly dependent on their satisfaction with services. A satisfied customer is a loyal customer. Gorenje d.d. has incorporated a complex system of quality control that meets the ISO 9001:2008 standard. In accordance with international regulations the applicable system of quality operations has been constantly maintained, amended and developed in such a way that enables the company to boost its efficiency and quality. The unit of Gorenje Varovanje which is a part of Gorenje Group does not have the quality assurance system yet. However, we are aware of how important it is to introduce the quality assurance system based on the ISO standard and to obtain the certificate. We have already set the goals and deadlines for obtaining ISO 9001/2008 standard and we also hired a subcontractor to manage the project. Higher management staff in our unit is well aware of the fact that improving our products and services while shortening the delivery dates and reaction times at the same time is our best chance to improve relations with our customers and their satisfaction which consequently also puts us ahead of our competition. All the employees in the unit of Gorenje Varovanje want for the system of quality assurance, once the certificate has been finally approved and obtained, to bring about new growth, better results and efficiency.
