Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo z raziskovalno metodo kritičnega pregleda in študija literature analizirali internetno bančništvo na primeru NKBM.

Title:E-BANKING FOR RETAIL SECTOR IN NKBM
Abstract:In this graduation thesis we used the research method of critical review and literature study to analyze the case of Internet banking NKBM. Their web service is called Bank@Net and was the second such offer in Slovenia. Physical users have many options as well as benefits of using Bank@Net – this web service saves time and money and it is always available. The use of Internet banking in Slovenia is not lagging behind the number of users elsewhere in Europe. Compared to other banks NKBM presents its vision and goals with continuously updated online service to ensure a quick and easy access, as well as to lower the financial cost of Internet use. Bank @ Net is a safe, quick and convenient online service that is available all 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The ongoing projects in NKBM are based to approximate the other services to physical user. The NKBM is friendly and efficient bank, for what they received quite a few awards. To be a user-friendly bank is a good guide for all banks, because in our time of crisis and recession we go there, where we get for a lower cost more money and benefits, especially for credits and various loans. We believe that the NKBM is still trying to maintain its mission and achieve goals, set with adjustments. This is what indicates the NKBM as a flexible bank, targeted to individuals as end users of its online services - e banking.
